We are back in the theatre on Sunday mornings with our kids and youth program, a full worship band and live speakers. We are able to sing together as church family!
Until further notice, in line with the Government guidelines, we ask you to:
Take a lateral flow test before attending a church family gathering to check you are not asymptomatic.
Wear a face mask inside the venue, unless you are exempt from wearing a mask for medical reasons or are a child below year 6.
If you would prefer to have a socially distanced seat, there will be some socially distanced seating available when we meet at Yvonne Arnaud, in the circle, which will be on a first come first serve basis.
In line with Government advice, we have put Covid-safe protocols in place to ensure the safety of our visitors and team.
For both our morning and evening service we will ask you to scan the NHS QR code. We would like you to have downloaded the NHSCOVID-19 app and we encourage you to wear a face covering. If you are unable to download the app please notify us by emailing email@example.com.
Kids and Youth will be very similar to the pre-COVID experience.
0 to Reception – we will be running parent-supervised activities, this will be primarily aimed at toddlers.
Reception to Year 5 – we will be running normal kids work held in the theatre and Founders with Kids Team leading activities that parents don’t need to supervise.
11-14 year olds – will be in the Lounge at the Yvonne Arnaud with Joel and the Youth Team.
Older youth are invite to remain in the main service and the Youth Live Stream will be on at 2pm on Sundays.
Note there is no Kids or Youth provision at our evening service in Founders Studio.
To download the app, visit the App Store on your iPhone, or the Google Play Store on your Android phone. The app is only available on smartphones, and cannot be used on a smartwatch or tablet. Open the search screen and type “NHS Covid-19”. Then download the app on your phone.
You will be able to attend, however, we would prefer people to have the app if at all possible.
Attendance data will be stored for 21 days and processed in line with our Privacy Notice.
In line with government guidelines, we ask that you wear a mask.
We will have some disposable face coverings for anyone who forgets their own.
We will be encouraging singing with a mask.
If at any point in the lead up to the service, during the service or immediately after the service you develop any of the Coronavirus symptoms, we ask that you leave the building immediately, limiting your contact with others as much as possible.
This is still a time of considerable uncertainty, so we would ask that if you are coming, that you will considerate towards others who are there. For example, although you may want to shake hands or hug someone, check first that they are comfortable with that. In all that we do, we want to look after and honour each other.
We are unable to offer communion at the service due to the increased risk of transmission of Coronavirus. However, you can still say the words in your heart and we would encourage you to take communion when you get home.
We will no longer be measuring temperatures.
If you have a temperature of 38C or above, please remain at home.
