That Gentle Whisper Course – Postponed
Thursday 27 January
7:30pm
About

Please note: This course has been postponed.

Communication will be sent out once we have revised dates.

A thundering from the skies? An inner knowing, a quiet certainty?

The God of the Bible is a God who speaks, who spoke the world itself into being; His word is powerful and it will accomplish what He sends it to do. Our God promises to speak to us, to be found by us when we seek Him with all our heart.

But how? What is God’s voice actually like? So often, in our noisy world, we struggle to listen, to recognise whether He’s speaking at all. Can we really expect to ‘hear’ Him today?

Yes, we can, argues Bill Cahusac, our Father God loves to communicate with us, and it can be as natural to encounter His voice at a football match or the supermarket checkout, as it can be in a church or a prayer room.

In this course, formally known as The School of Prophetic, we explore important and difficult questions surrounding prophecy.

That Gentle Whisper Course – Postponed
Thursday 03 February
7:30pm

24-7 Prayer has a vision to create a Motherhouse to provide a Hub for the 24-7 Prayer Movement, a home for the global network of 24-7 Communities and a local House of Prayer, Mission and Justice.

This is Waverley Abbey.

Imagine praying where the very first monastery was founded in Britain by the reforming Cistercian religious order. A small group of monks from France settled in this quiet spot by the River Wey in 1128, and Waverley soon became the springboard for Cistercian settlement in southern England.

Book your spot in the Prayer Room. Open Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm
